Daniel Woo is passionate about empowering people to move better, recover faster, and achieve their physical goals—whether that’s returning to sport or work, improving functional mobility, or enhancing overall well-being.
He completed his Bachelor of Exercise Physiology at the University of New South Wales in 2022 and a Master of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney in 2024. Over the years, he has gained hands-on experience across both public and private sectors, including Campbelltown Hospital, Concord Repatriation General Hospital, Sydney West Sports Medicine, and Westmead Hospital. These placements have allowed him to refine his skills in delivering high-quality patient care, manual therapy, and tailored exercise programs.
Daniel has a particular interest in sports-related injuries, return-to-work and gym rehabilitation, ACL rehab, and lower back rehabilitation. He enjoys the challenge of diagnosing movement dysfunctions, developing personalised treatment plans, and guiding patients through their recovery journey.
When he is not treating patients, he stays active by going to the gym regularly and occasionally going for a swim.
