Annie Tam is a physiotherapist with a special interest in musculoskeletal injuries, rehabilitation, and supporting patients to return to their daily activities with improved movement and confidence. She completed her Bachelor of Applied Science, Physiotherapy, at the University of Sydney in 2025.
Annie has gained clinical experience across both public and private healthcare settings, including placements at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Prince of Wales Hospital, Westmead Hospital, Westmead Children’s Hospital, and Five Dock Physiotherapy. She is currently working as a weekend physiotherapist at St George Private Hospital. Through these roles, Annie has developed skills in the assessment and management of musculoskeletal conditions, exercise prescription, and manual therapy.
With a background as a competitive rhythmic gymnast in Hong Kong, Annie understands the physical and mental challenges associated with injury and recovery. She adopts a patient-centred approach, working collaboratively with individuals to support recovery, improve function, and promote long-term wellbeing. Annie also incorporates her knowledge of Reformer Pilates and Aerial Yoga to guide safe and progressive rehabilitation.
